We encourage you to order online 24 hours a day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time in most cases can be delivered or shipped the same day. If you would like your order to be shipped at a later date just tell us the date in the additional comments box during your checkout.

Personal checks are accepted on established accounts only and orders must be placed via email or phone only. Sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

We are also happy to create a special gift for any and all occasions. We handle many large corporate orders for events, parties, tournaments, conventions and corporate gifting. We will gladly include in any of our baskets your own corporate branded items, brochures, etc to give your company that special touch you are looking for.
Should you need to change or cancel an order please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes however once an order has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee on any cancelled order. Refunds and/or credits can only be given upon return of merchandise in original unopened condition.
All purchases will be shipped via UPS ground or Fedex unless otherwise specified. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services are available for an additional charge. Ground shipments to Puerto Rico and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Please refer to our chart below for ground freight shipment charges within the Continental United States.

All orders are shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday. Saturday delivery available to residences only thru Fedex home delivery or thru hand delivery. Should you require a Saturday delivery please contact us directly.
Determining Best Shipping Method:
Orders to be delivered or shipped to New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland, Delaware and parts of New York and Pennsylvania will arrive via ground service in one business day. All other Eastern seaboard states in two to three business days. Central and Midwestern states will arrive in three to four business days and West Coast states in four to five business days. . This will help you select the type of service you need to insure your gift arrives on the required date.
How To Ship Multiple Gifts:
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses you must purchase items separately if using our online ordering system or you may call us directly with your billing information and email your order and address information. Orders containing food items will not be shipped on Fridays during the months of June, July, August and September.
During summer months we may not be able to ship our chocolate items by standard delivery. In this case we will substitute chocolate items with less perishable items or ship by alternative shipping methods. Cold packs will be used when required for an additional charge of $5.00 per package.
All fruit hampers must be hand delivered or shipped via next day ground service or when not possible next day air. During summer months cold packs may be required for an additional charge of $10.00 per package.
All gift baskets are wrapped in cellophane or shrink wrapped for shipping and finished with hand tied ribbons, trims, and a personalized gift card. Gift wrapping and ribbon is provided free of charge on all non basket gift items.
All prices listed are exclusive of sales tax when required and delivery charges.
In order to meet ongoing demands it occasionally becomes necessary to substitute an item in a basket. We reserve the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.
Many of our gift baskets have been specifically designed to accommodate corporate gift giving however we are happy to customize our selections or develop new and unique gifts to fit your needs and your budget.
